We are looking for a full-time Construction, Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience.Duties include: Evaluating daily operations; planning and organize daily operations; Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates; Planning and preparing construction schedules and monitor progress; Preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements; Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control; Selecting trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities; Planning and managing budgets; Directing the purchase of building materials; planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations. $46.00 - $48.00 per hour.Special consideration will be given to the various underrepresented groups.
