As a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that the grounds of our clients' properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the beautification of various spaces, and be an integral part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding lawns and flower beds. Maintain lawns by cutting grass. Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments. Operate and oversee the maintenance of power mowers, tractors, electric clippers, sod cutters, snowblowers, and additional landscape maintenance machinery. Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using snow blowers, shovels, and other appropriate equipment during winter months. Requirements: Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Ability to: Operate and maintain various types of landscaping equipment and tools. Work outdoor during extreme weather conditions. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor environments. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
