As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop essential skills and make a meaningful contribution to our projects.Position Overview:We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Summer Painters on a full-time basis from May 2024 to August 2024. This role provides comprehensive training, access to equipment, and a supportive environment to excel in both painting and general labor tasks.Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50-60lbs Full access to a vehicle (ability to transport ladders is an asset) Punctuality, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude Comfortable working at heights (10ft-30ft up) Dedication and consistent work ethic Valid driver’s license Responsibilities: Execute painting and general labor duties independently Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely Support marketing efforts through flyer dropping and cold calling Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisor Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism Benefits: Gain valuable experience in communication, teamwork, and painting techniques WCB coverage Piece rate compensation Opportunity for personal and professional growth Enjoy cold treats on hot days Powered by JazzHR
