With a large-scale multiyear development plan for residential and resort accommodations, associated commercial uses, Silvertip Resort is one of Canada's largest resort real estate developments. The Silvertip development plan comprises luxury estate lots, condominium / multifamily units, and resort accommodations with a projected $50 - 100 million in annual real estate sales. Among the future development plans for Silvertip Village are 1,290 resort accommodation units, a conference centre, a gondola, a spa and wellness center, as well as 380 residential units and 850 staff housing units. Stone Creek Resorts is seeking candidates for a newly created position, Director of Real Estate Sales. This role is in Canmore, Alberta - relocation is required to this beautiful energetic community of 20,000 people in the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. Canmore is 60 minutes from a leading international airport in Calgary, a world class modern city of 1.2 million people. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Develop a multi-year strategy for real estate sales of residential and resort accommodation. Work with Stone Creek's leadership to implement a market-driven annual strategy to achieve agreed upon revenue goals and the company's mission. ($50 - 100MM sales per year). Build and analyze annual budget plans effectively scheduling expenditures. Plan, lead, and execute all real estate sales operations. Build and effectively lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team. Act as an external ambassador for Stone Creek Resorts; expand awareness of the organization and actively engage in lead generation and management. In conjunction with the Director of Marketing ensure the effective management of leads and customers in our CRM database. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create effective marketing campaigns along with the design and execution of presentation centers at both resort properties. Monitor industry trends and current market developments to understand the direction of the industry and the impact on Silvertips offerings. Knowledge, Expertise and Skills Required: 12 to 15 years of proven experience creating and leading sales team for a luxury product/service. Large scale luxury real estate development sales experience is an asset. Strong background and knowledge in developing real estate launch programs is an asset. Does this describe you? You have a positive outlook and attitude with the ability to take ownership, be accountable, have tenacious follow-through, manage details, and offer creative out of the box problem-solving solutions. You are a proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. You have a university level degree. You have proven your ability to be a team player.
