Summary of the Role: Reporting to the Fleet, Tool and Equipment Manager, the Fleet and Equipment Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance, service and repairs on all E.S. Fox Limited equipment and fleet vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Check and maintain trucks, trailers, aerial work platforms, forklifts, and various other construction equipment to ensure proper performance. Diagnose malfunctions or faults with computerized equipment and determine extent of repairs. Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement as required. Review and complete work orders. Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is maintained at all times. Key Requirements, Experience and Skills: Completion of formal education/training from a recognized equipment manufacturer (Ex. JLG, JCB) is considered an asset. Must possess a license in at least one of the following areas: 310T - Truck and Coach Technician Heavy Duty Equipment Technician 310S - Automotive Technician A minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction equipment repairs. Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform certification. Proficient in the understanding and use of Microsoft Office 365. Ability to accurately troubleshoot and diagnose repairs. Must possess a clear driver abstract. Must possess own set of tools that are in good condition. Attributes: Strong technical knowledge. Positive Attitude and initiative. Willingness to take on new challenges. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job task planning and organizing. About E.S.
