Work Location: 1884 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC- V7V 1J6Title of Position: 1 Office AssistantTerm of Employment: Full-time, year-round work Responsibilities: Responds to inquiries from patients and general public face to face, via telephone and email in a timely manner Collaborate with other staff members to streamline patient care and ensure that all necessary procedures are completed Passion for delivering excellent care to patients Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to produce correspondence, reports, memos, and documents. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information.
