Job Title: Hand Insertion Associate | Department: Lettershop Reports to: Lettershop Supervisor | Supervises: N/A Shift: Full Time Positions - M-F 2:15pm-10:45pm | Salary Range: $15.00-$17.00/hr. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Job Description Updated: April 4 th , 2024 Position Summary: The role of the Hand Insertion Associate will be a vital part in supporting the communications between health care industries and their customers as you gather mail components to hand insert into an envelope. You will then sort, seal and stamp those envelopes to prepare them for direct mailing. Essential Functions: Full-time positions are 40 hours per week with overtime available. The ability to work extended hours when needed is critical to this position. Have great hand and eye coordination. Pay attention to details. Learn to read and understand work orders. Be able to lift to 10lbs. Be able to sit for long periods of time. Work in a production environment Education and Experience: A High School Degree, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic Computer Skills Basic Math Skills Basic Mechanical skills Basic Troubleshooting Skills Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: What are the physical mobility requirements of this job?
