We are looking for a Sales Associate NOC 64110 Duties and responsibilities as Sales Associate: ● Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering their questions, and resolving any concerns or complaints they may have.● Developing a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the store, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions.● Actively engaging with customers to promote products or services, upselling or cross-selling items to increase sales revenue, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management.● Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly displayed to maximize sales opportunities.● Processing sales transactions, handling cash, credit, or debit card payments accurately, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift.● Participating in the arrangement and presentation of merchandise according to store guidelines, including setting up displays and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.● Building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, including following up on inquiries or purchases to ensure customer satisfaction.● Working effectively with other team members to achieve common goals, such as assisting with tasks like restocking, cleaning, or assisting colleagues during busy periods.● Monitoring for theft or fraudulent activity, following store policies and procedures for security and loss prevention, and reporting any incidents or suspicious behavior to management.● Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and regulatory compliance, to maintain a safe and legal work environment.● Participating in training programs or workshops to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.● Completing administrative duties as assigned, such as maintaining sales records, processing returns or exchanges, and assisting with inventory audits. Job requirement Education: High SchoolExperience : 1 year to 2 yearsLanguage : EnglishWages: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
