Marketing Coordinator

Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing initiatives through global marketing, brand messaging and overall communications. This includes competitive research, project coordination, campaign creation and execution, reporting, and coordinating marketing events. All marketing initiatives should have a main focus of generating sales growth and brand awareness by targeting the right client base with a variety of marketing techniques.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables. Plan and execute social media initiatives: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc. Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices. Manage creation of graphics and illustrative copy. Maintaining and updating the company website and blog posts. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors. Perform duties including, but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow planning and execution and managing marketing software tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or communications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Adobe Suite and InDesign Experience with Social Media tools, blogging, content creation Experience with writing and editing copy is a plus Familiarity with WordPress or Google Analytics a plus Strong attention to detail Enthusiastic and collaborative attitude Superior time management and organizational skills Self-starting confident individual able to perform in an entrepreneurial environment that demands flexibility with limited supervision Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $60,000.00 per yearBenefits: Casual dress Company events Dental, Extended health and Vision care Flexible schedule Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Wellness program Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends
