Monday to Friday 8 am-4:30 pmPay $19-$20/hr.We are currently searching for a Logistics Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of Logistics tasks to support the Shipping and Purchasing team. The following is a brief overview of the position; however, the employee is expected to assist other staff as required from time to time in various duties as needed. Arrange outgoing Shipments – Call carriers for pick up of shipments Notify Customer of ready orders Provide estimates and dimensions or orders to customers Arrange pick up of incoming shipments. Prepare custom documents. Review and update the logistics schedule. Advise staff of priority crating and shipments Maintain truck and drivers schedule – pick up’s and deliveries Liaison between distribution centers and weekly shipments Personal Qualifications: Strong Computer Skills Positive and passionate about work Strong problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently or as a team Highly organized and efficient Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills Requirements: Supply Chain Management: 1 year (Preferred) Excellent command of the English Language in written and verbal Bi-lingual in Spanish or French - an asset
