You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
