About us: The Rostie Group is a flexible office provider and event venue located in Toronto’s waterfront neighbourhood. We provide full service executive offices, flexible workspace, virtual offices, meeting and training rooms, as well as hybrid meetings. At this time, we are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing team.Required duties will include but are not limited to: Marketing: Assist in developing new marketing plans/campaigns Work with our marketing team to manage Google AdWords Create and develop relationships with vendors in the waterfront community Work with our marketing team to manage our social media (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Develop email marketing campaigns Build and develop creative marketing material using Canva or Photoshop Create and manage video content on social platforms and YouTube. Client services: Be one of the first points of contact for new and existing clients Assist with other duties around our office spaces - i.e. printing, sending out couriers, providing backup to our team for answering phone calls Assist with the promotion of tenant’s services on TV’s and social platforms Social Event Coordination Work with our team to plan periodic community-building social events and on-site client activations We’re looking for someone who: Is well organized, detail-oriented, able to plan ahead, and can get ahead of potential issues Has a team-player attitude Has experience with all major social media platforms Has experience with Google Adwords Has clear understanding of basic marketing concepts and strategy Has an outgoing personality Eager to learn new skills Knowledge of the Coworking/Flexible Office industry is a bonus This position requires flexible hours, as starting times will vary.We’re offering: Competitive salary Great benefits Flexible Schedule Two weeks’ vacation per year Wellness package, including gym membership and quarterly “no questions asked” wellness days Opportunities for growth and training Candidates must live in/near the downtown core.
