Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail person to join our team at our Belleville location. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career advancement.Duties: Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Authorize payments by cheque Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Organize and maintain inventory Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail sales Strong selling skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail and leadership, we would love to hear from you.
