As an accounting manager, you will be responsible for managing risk and ensuring financial excellence across various projects.You will develop and maintain relationships with clients at a senior level and mentor junior team members to support their growth in their careers.You will work in a dynamic environment that offers numerous learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities:- Effectively and efficiently communicate and manage clients- Plan and oversee engagements- Develop and implement client service plans for complex engagements while working closely with the partners to exceed our clients' expectations and mitigate business risks associated with projects Requirements: - Must have a Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)- Must have knowledge of relevant tax laws- Ability to manage multiple clients- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and handle a demanding workload with multiple deadlines- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members- Proficient in QuickBooks, CaseWare, Profile, TaxCycle, Jazzit, and Microsoft Office- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior team member in Public PracticeRequired Skills:1. Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).2. Proficiency in QuickBooks, CaseWare, Profile, TaxCycle, Jazzit, and Microsoft Office.3. At least 3 years of experience as a professional in Public Practice (CPA Firm).4. Asset: fluency in Hindi or Punjabi.5.
