Responsibilities: Lead the backend development team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems. Work closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with system architects to integrate backend services with other software systems. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services. Mentor developers and contribute to the team’s knowledge base. Perform code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and maintain code quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of professional experience as a backend developer programmer or a similar role. Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on Django and Python. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs. Familiarity with AWS, ECS, and other cloud services is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Nice to Have: SaaS experience Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
