Cander Enterprises is looking for a Sales and Account Representative NOC 64101 Duties and responsibilities as Sales and Account Representative: - Developing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to understand their transportation needs and provide tailored solutions. This includes regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.- Actively prospecting and identifying potential customers who may require our services.- Handling inquiries, providing price quotes, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.- Presenting the company's transportation services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features that differentiate them from competitors. - Work closely with the operations team to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This includes coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and addressing any logistical challenges that may arise.- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive companys sales and revenue growth.- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and account management activities. - Maintaining accurate records, adhering to pricing guidelines, and upholding confidentiality agreements.
