Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full Time Location of Employment : 9675 116 Street, Surrey, BC, V V Z7 (The candidate will be expected to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley as per work contract and demand) Wage Rate : $ 29.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week. Overtime wage will be $4 .50 per hour starting after 8 hours a day amp; 40 hours a week Benefits : 4% vacation Pay Anticipated Start Date : As soon as possible Eligibility : Education : Secondary(high) School graduation certificate Experience : 2 years to less than years of experience Languages : Basic English is required Job Duties : Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments How to apply : By Email : XXXX@gmail.com
