Physicians, the backbone of our healthcare system, have long been burdened by excessive administrative tasks and documentation requirements compounded by EMR regulations resulting in the widespread issue of physician burnout. The toll of spending 10-15 hours per week on these tasks has led to a concerning trend known as the "great resignation of healthcare," with doctors leaving their positions due to overwhelming stress and exhaustion. Tali AI is dedicated to tackling the issue of physician burnout through the development of a voice-enabled virtual assistant designed specifically for physicians. Our voice enabled AI innovative assistant streamlines their professional lives by significantly minimizing the time spent on documentation and administrative tasks. Our Data Science team is looking for Bilingual Medical Scribe to help improve and scale Tali’s capabilities. Who You Are: You are bilingual in English and French Familiar with prompt engineering: Eager to optimize prompts for better user engagement and satisfaction. Ability to tailor prompts to meet project objectives and requirements. Experienced Medical Scribe: You have at least two years of experience working as a medical scribe, documenting patient encounters, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring confidentiality in a clinical setting. Knowledgeable in Medical Terminology: You possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses, acquired through your experience as a medical scribe and/or relevant educational background. Strong Communication Skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with the team and documentation of results Adaptable and Reliable: You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Your reliability ensures consistent and timely delivery of given tasks and responsibilities. Detail-Oriented: You excel in meticulous documentation, paying close attention to detail in testing the output of the software and adjusting the prompt as needed. What You’ll Do: Review transcriptions of various medical forms and compare output to transcript, and assess the quality and accuracy based on provided metrics Update and optimize prompts/write new prompts for Tali’s services Test and evaluate encounter summaries and other generative services that we offer Assist in the development and implementation of efficient documentation processes and protocols to optimize workflow and productivity.
