Estimates sweets requirements and costs. Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of sweets Work with specialized cooking equipment such as deep fryer. Clean the kitchen and work areas. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Order supplies and equipment. Job Requirements: Completion of Secondary School Completion of college program in cooking/food safety or Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience Functional English is required How to Apply?
