ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide internal document quality control and coordination with consultant team D evelop permit construction drawings and assist with specification coordination Provide support on the coordination of project documentation from consultant team Attend consultant coordination meetings Assist in performing building code & bylaw analysis Provide internal document quality control and coordination with consultant team Assist in collaborating with various project stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, authorities having jurisdiction Research building products Support coordination of contract administration Institutional experience in the healthcare, justice, research and sport facility areas of practice QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree Minimum 5 years professional experience Strong technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Experience with Enscape, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite Highly organized and detail oriented; proven track record of meeting project timelines Excellent understanding of current building codes, building construction, details and building science Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Critical thinking, effective problem solving and decision-making skills Team player, adaptable and has a positive attitude towards learning Experience with contract administration Powered by JazzHR
