The individual will be responsible for the following tasks: Help in preparing meetings and attending the meetings. Respond to inquiries via email, telephone, and in person. Photocopy and collate documents for office use. Maintain inventory for office supplies. Process and verify receipts, expenditures, and forms. May assist co-workers in maintaining the flow of office work. Prepare reports, statements, presentations, and other documents. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Job Requirements Languages: EnglishEducation: Secondary School Completion is required.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in clerical or secretarial positions.
