Site Superintendent The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the construction projects. The position will be tasked with ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the require quality standards. What we look for? Minimum of five years of experience in residential construction. Knowledge of building code and safety code requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Desire for continuing education and personal development. What will you do? Plan and direct all construction activities from start to move-in. Ensure all homes are delivered on time, and within budget. This includes utilization of Company scheduling program and authorization of payments for labor and material. Management of subcontractors: to include scheduling, inspection, quality control, and approval of work. Materials management: to include scheduling and checking deliveries, correcting take offs, and insuring proper installation. Safety: responsible for on-site implementation and management of Company safety program, to include inspections, toolbox talks, documentation, and reporting. Project maintenance: monitors job-site cleanliness and holds subcontractors responsible for daily clean up. Customer Satisfaction: ensures the deliveries of homes to our customers are handled in a professional manner in order to achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction. Assist with training new staff. Contributes to overseeing the daily workflow of the department. Performs other related duties as assigned. Rohit University customized learning & development program.
