Job Duties: Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives which are met through the effective management of financial resources. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. Allocate financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve overall financial resources planning. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Terms of Employment: -Full-time, PermanentWages: - 50.00 to 60.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per Week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week. Location of employment: - 9249 Scott Road, Delta, British Columbia, V4C 6R8 Work Conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, ReliableAdditional skills: - Organized and professional.Language requirement: English Job Requirements: - Completion of bachelors degree in finance is required. >5 years of relevant experience is required.
