Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Responsible for managing the procurement and deployment of technology, project management and process documentation for new implementations, upgrades/changes, and for the maintenance of existing LP technology and physical asset protection devices, to ensure LP meets overall objectives Accountable for ensuring business results are achieved, by managing the portfolio of technology issues across LP. This includes scoping, defining, prioritizing, and negotiating with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions within LP (Canada, US, and Europe) and with IT. This includes maintenance and installation of CCTV Cameras, evaluating and deploying EAS devices, sourcing and testing innovative technology used for protecting assets Accountable to ensure accurate requirement gathering is performed with IT and business teams, to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements, and provide clear documentation; Consolidates IT needs and requests from all LP functions Collaborates regularly with Managers across LP, to identify and address LP technical issues and application updates, and gather/share information as it relates to LP technology solutions, and physical asset requirements Partner and coordinate with IT and LP teams in the proper design, testing and implementation of new systems with LP Implications and ensure system is built in accordance with business and compliance requirements and solve project related issues and escalate or advocate for resolution Leads Coordinator team responsible for maintaining store projects such as new or renovated stores, CCTV, physical asset protection device ordering and replenishment Sets goals, expectations and reviews performance with team and peers; ensures team members have a development plan that supports their growth and career aspirations Accountable for change management including the completion of documentation around changes for LP teams, engaging other teams where needed (i.e., LP Training & Programs Manager). Lead user acceptance testing, coordinating with both national and global teams as needed Responsible for setting team talent plan, spanning 6-12 months to assess and grow team members; through talent assessment, IDPs, mid and year end reviews and action plans What you'll need To begin your career with us, we require the following: Minimum high school education, post-secondary education in related field preferred Five (5) to (7) seven years progressive management experience in Retail, preferably off-price, with experience in operations and loss prevention is preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the Company Strong problem-solving skills including analysis of information (i.e., requirements; description of problems); provide solutions with cost implications to effectively resolve issues and execute strategic solutions Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the Company Management skills including organizational, negotiating, listening, conflict management and information gathering skills. Demonstrated solid people management skills including coaching, providing advice and guidance to Associates in the resolution of problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, information gathering and coaching; with ability to influence business partners to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the organization needs, build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor; bilingualism (English/French) an asset Strong investigative methodologies and experience with analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment to make effective decisions; demonstrated flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs of the business, and changing prioritiesSalary Range: $85,430-$129,188 **This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
