We are currently looking for a reliable customer service clerk to provide high-quality service to our customers. Job Duties include: Provide information to customers by verifying and understanding requests Answer questions and offering assistance in regard to the products Initiate service by recording requests and forwarding to concerned department. Collect revenue by receiving and recording payments. Resolve billing problems by identifying the problem and explaining return/refund/exchange policies Access and maintain customer database Handle customer complaints and/or arrange for return, refund, whenever necessary may recommend changes to help improve quality results Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, when available. Provide excellent customer service at all times Perform general office duties such as data entry, faxing, printing Perform any other related duties, as needed.
