Job duties: Gather and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. Create and refine algorithms tailored for fall prevention. Continuously optimize these algorithms for enhanced performance. Implement and fine-tune machine learning and artificial intelligence models to address specific business challenges, with a focus on fall prediction and prevention. Identify relevant features and variables from datasets to enhance the performance of AI models. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and insights within large datasets. Assess the performance of AI models using appropriate metrics and refine models as needed to improve accuracy and reliability. Create informative and visually appealing data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and healthcare experts, to integrate AI components into the fall prevention system. Work closely with the IT team to monitor the performance of AI models and address any issues, such as system failures or data inconsistencies. Document model development processes, algorithms, and findings for knowledge sharing and reproducibility. Continuously optimize AI models based on real-world data and feedback from monitoring systems. Address complex fall prediction and prevention challenges through creative and data-driven solutions. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology, and apply innovative techniques to enhance the fall prevention system. Job Requirements: Education: Minimum college diploma in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, machine learning, data science, data analytics or a related field is required. Bachelors degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum three years of experience in programming, AI analysis, machine learning, data analysis, data mining, statistical modelling or a related field is required. Programming languages: Python, R, SQL, Java, etc. Proven experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, evaluation, and visualization. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to cross-functional stakeholders.
