Description:Position: Food Service Supervisor Position Available: 1Wage: $20.00 per hourDuration: 40 hours per weekTerms of Employment: Permanent, Full-timeAnticipated start date: As soon as possibleWork Location: #8-8790 204 Street, Langley, BC, V1M 2Y5 Job Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules Additional Skills Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers' complaints or concerns Job Requirements: Language: EnglishEducation: Completion of secondary school is required.Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Team player, Effective interpersonal skillsHow to Apply: Contact only by sending emails at:, No phone calls or personal visits are allowed before the interview.
