Role and Responsibilities: 💉 Administer specialized home infusion treatments including IVIG. 📊 Perform comprehensive patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed. 📝 Maintain precise treatment documentation in line with healthcare standards. 🤝 Coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care. 🧰 Properly manage and maintain infusion equipment. 🎓 Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and health management. Qualifications: 🆔 Active nursing license in Michigan. 🎓 Nursing degree with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN. ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification. 🚗 Ability to travel locally in the Warren area. 💻 Skilled in using EMR and other healthcare technologies.
