Post journal entries and reconcile accounts. Controls and maintain day to day banking and accounting system of the company. Prepare financial information for realtors and employees. Finalizing deals at the time of completion by checking paperwork and commission. Calculate and issue commission cheques. Prepare cheques to lawyers for excess deposit return and releasing money from trust account at the time of collapse. Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and utility. Processing Receiver General and GST Returns. Prepare and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents. Add prorated and regular expenses to realtor's account. Prepare and send monthly statements to realtors. Supervise and train other accountants or administrative technicians.
