We are looking for motivated individuals to join our spring/summer painting team! Searching for the hardest-working, most driven people who want to be a part of an awesome group and earn what they are worth. This season our team will be responsible for painting 100+ homes/businesses.COMPENSATION:Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $22-$30/hour, with our average painter making $26/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $13,000 to $17,000 working from early May to late August.ABOUT THE POSITION: Fast paced, fun environment Hands on experience in customer service and communication Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together! Training is provided, so no experience is necessary! We are currently hiring PAINTERS - a full-time hourly spring/summer job that can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company (CREW LEADER, OPERATOR).PAINTER:This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the spring/summer.SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO ARE: Easy going with positive attitude Committed to employment Good problem-solvers Independent and take direction well NOT afraid of heights REQUIREMENTS: Able to work full-time throughout the spring/summer Have own transportation (job site locations change frequently) Comfortable with manual labor in the spring/summer heat Comfortable working from heights BENEFITS:Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on proven skill after start date.
