We're seeking for Account Executive who is a sharp, fast learner with excellent presentation skills, that will deal with a broad spectrum of tasks. What you'll be doing: Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level. Strategically plan account closings and manage internal resources to affect close. Articulate SysAid’s value proposition clearly and effectively. Understand the competitive landscape. Have a strong understanding of ITSM and project credibility on IT subject matter. Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sale Engineers. Map out accounts, by identifying champions and influencers, and leverage those relationships to gain access and influence with Decision Makers/IT Executives. Qualifications: 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales experience. Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C-Level. Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, into accounts with 60-90+ day cycles, within the Mid-size market. A strong presence on the phone and remote web sessions (Demo). Experience working with a CRM. Enjoys the challenge of working towards and hitting targets. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Skilled at negotiating business terms with IT, procurement, and senior management teams. who is a sharp, fast learner with excellent presentation skills, that will deal with a broad spectrum of tasks.
