Responsibilities:• Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly• Contact prospects using a variety of methods, such as WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and texts• Tap into an extensive list of leads to engage with buyers• Help clients with their needs assessments and home viewings• Lead the listing and sale process from beginning to end, such as composing offers, negotiating terms, and concluding transactions• Speak with sellers to decide the best pricing strategy and advertising campaign• Provide quality customer service by interacting with clients through a range of communication platforms• Establish relationships with customers to create future business possibilities• Stay adaptive and open-minded due to the ever-changing real estate industry• Demonstrate to clients that their needs are a priority• Invest effort and dedication to achieve success Qualifications:• The applicant must possess a belligerent attitude and be willing to be receptive and accepting of change and learning.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.• A valid Alberta real estate license or eligibility to obtain one is an essential requirement.• Completion or enrollment in a RECA real estate agent course is mandatory.• A vehicle and a valid driver's license are a necessity.• Residing in or the willingness to relocate to the Calgary region is required.• Demonstrate care and sympathy for others.• Have the drive and desire to constantly improve.• A cheerful personality and sense of humor is a desirable quality.• Must value and be passionate about the team, clients, relationships, and the community.
