Our services include diagnostics and treatment, surgical procedures, dentistry, radiology and many more. Currently, we are seeking a customer service adviser to join our growing company. This will be a full-time and permanent position. London, ON N6H 5L5Email: Job Responsibilities: Arrange for billing for services Explain the type and cost of services offered Maintain records and statistics Answer clients' inquiries and provide information Perform general office duties Answer written and oral inquiries Arrange for refunds and credits Issue receipts and other forms Order office supplies and maintain inventory Job Requirements: Applicant must be fluent in English. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. 1 2 years of experience working at a veterinary clinic in customer service.
