Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities• Decisive and proactive in the sales process• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Compensation: $100,000-150,000 About Company: We are an innovative growth-oriented company with many unique programs.
