We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. What we can offer you: • Showing opportunities per month • Leads from live buyers that come directly to your cell phone • The Nancy Forlini Team is a modern team that gives us the freedom to move quickly and think BIG. • Intensive onboarding training to make sure you hit the ground running. • Continued education and skills training We Are A Winning Team Responsibilities: • List and sell residential real estate. • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • Maintain your Real Estate License • Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Helping buyers find their dream home• Help clients sell their homes• Service clients with passion and integrity Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Bilingual (English and French)• Real Estate License in Quebec• Team Player Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 at plan + commission About Company: The Nancy Forlini Team is a leader in the Real Estate industry in Montreal.
