As the leading provider of reservations at luxury hotels across North America to corporate, leisure and celebrity clients this position has a strong sales and customer service focus. You would be responsible for building a profitable client base by servicing clients individual travel needs. To join us, no travel industry background is necessary, although youll need to share our passion for sales and travel and be keen to spend your day working and interacting with people who feel the same way. The job involves qualifying sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, desires and budgets. It also includes overcoming sales objections, turning inquiries into sales, cross-selling and up-selling. You are expected to close sales and meet goals on a daily basis. You will need: High-school degree (or equivalent), university education an asset. Expertise to work with sales targets and be motivated by the opportunity to earn commission. A proven aptitude in sales and customer service.. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Clear criminal record. Knowledge of Outlook, internet, Microsoft office and Windows XP. Expertise to maintain confidential details and type 35 WPM. Previous background in hotel reservations, travel, or sales an asset. Terms of Employment: Since we are open 24/7 new staff covers full-time evening and weekend shifts only, as late as 3:00am. Commission plus.
