Qualifications: REQUIRE :Degree(engineer preferred) --diploma considered. Blow moulding or plastic injection mould technical experience in maintenance or engineering management, proven history of success in related role in automotive parts manufacturing, quick paced and people organizational skills in union environment ,thorough knowledge of TPM, and 6 Sigma, Lean practices .A manager who can show the way ,and get staff on board to reach and sustain plant and corporate goals This is part of a global organization with definite career potential, and member of the senior management team, This position is critical to the overall success of the division and you will enjoy a competitive base salary, a very attainable bonus plan ,perks and relocation expenses to affordable South West Ontario with all the family amenities available..
