FIBERTEC WINDOW & DOOR MANUFACTURING. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER SALES & MARKETING MANAGER Located in Concord, Ontario, we are a unique and established manufacturer of a High end technologically advanced Fiberglass and Aluminum Window and Door Systems. For the past 20 yrs, we have led the US and Canadian markets in a quick paced efficient environmentally friendly Energy Star products. Due to the increasing demand for our products, we are looking to fill a key position to help manage our growth in both sales and marketing. If you are capable of being aggressive in driving continuous sales demands and have a proven record of promoting products and increasing various market segments, you will be interested in this opportunity. REMUNERATION: Competitive salary, performance bonus, and health benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and monitor monthly sales plans to both, remodel, new construction, High-rise renovation and multi unit residential markets Support the sales staff, creating and maintaining a positive and productive workplace atmosphere Take full responsibility for sales staff performance Support, train, and motivate sales reps. Increase exposure to the North American Market Promotional marketing development, through web site integrations, and other media, trade shows, and direct marketing ENVIRONMENT: The successful applicant should be able to work in a fast paced, technical environment, while meeting the demands of our clientele, in both the US and Canadian markets KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Eight to ten years of direct sales in windows and doors, or building materials trade along with marketing and promotional experience Work experience in High end construction related market development Technical experience with the expertise to read blue prints and general wall construction comprehension Current knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Illustrator, Photoshop Experience in web sitepromotion and maintenance Good negotiation and resolution skills Analytical expertise to make decisions in a timely manner Effective communication and management expertise Dynamic people person, capable of building relationships Post secondary education, and / or courses in Sales and Marketing Please email your resume in Word format to: XXXX@fibertec.com Send your resume to XXXX@fibertec.com to apply for this job
