Parts Manager - Construction Equipment Parts Manager - Construction Equipment OEM - Used and Rebuilt Great Opportunity, Parts Manager, Established Dealership in Edmonton, Lots of Autonomy and Growth, to develop Inventory Systems and Control 15,000 Part numbers. Base 75-80 with performance bonus to bring to 6 figures. Responsibilities: Manage the Parts department Make recommendations to management in best interest of Parts department Maintain inventory levels, profit, turnover, sales goals, warranty, customer satisfaction and service Purchase of supplies and maintenance equipment Active in company meetings Helps customers solve parts problems and identifies proper part numbers Prepare purchase orders Source parts (new/exchange/used) Match receiving reports with packing slips Match invoices with packing slips Verify and approve invoices Enter new parts into system Inventory adjustments OEM numbers Pricing tenders Regular surveys to ensure competitive edge Supervise wrecking Identify useable parts Establish selling prices Train person in New Parts to be the "Used Parts Specialist" Direct Parts people in all operations Ensure staff adhere to dress code Monthly safety audit.
