Manager, Food & Beverage Service Role: - Provide customer service; - Implement operational procedures; - Control inventory; - Respond to customer complaints; - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; and - Must have some basic cooking skills as the job will involve some cooking and prep duties. Skills & Background: - 3-5 yrs of background in the food service industry; - Some secondary school education; - No credentials or certification required.
