Customer Service Representative - North American Sales (Permanent Full time) Our company is Edmonton, AB based manufacturer and distributor of ground engaging tools to international construction, mining and road maintenance industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary focus will be providing quality and prompt service to our distributors and manufacturing customers located throughout North America. Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
· Responds to customer inquiries
· Maintains strong customer relations
· Acts as a liaison with other departments
· Processes orders and quotations
· Provides technical support
· Investigates, resolves and responds to customer concerns The perfect candidate will possess a high-level of knowledge & skills in the following competencies:
· Excellent interpersonal and all-round communication abilities
· A self-starter with the expertise to make decisions and solve problems
· Exceptional organization and time management expertise
· Able to manage multiple tasks in a high energy environment
· Proficient technical knowledge with Microsoft office products
