Telepoll Canada Inc. Multilingual Telephone Interviewers - Cantonese & Mandarin-speaking Telepoll is hiring articulate interviewers who are fluent in Mandarin and or Cantonese to conduct market research surveys over the telephone. Interviewers will make outbound calls to residences, ask a series of consumer-based questions and enter this details into a computer application. These surveys cover a variety of topics which are meant to get consumer feedback on products and services, gauge market awareness, or get opinions on current issues. There is no sales or commission involved. What We Offer: Expertise to choose the evening shifts you want to work Background an asset, but not necessary - Full training provided A comfortable open-concept work environment and engaging staff What We Require: Excellent Mandarin or Cantonese language skills Reading, Speaking. Excellent phone etiquette and comfort speaking over the telephone Able to follow a script, asking consumers a pre-determined series of questions on a variety of topics. Basic typing skills and comfort using a computer Attention to detail and expertise to accurately input responses during live telephone interviews. Reliable, punctual and able to take direction in English.
