POSITION SUMMARY Position title: MULTI-LINGUAL Customer SERVICE Representative Department: Call Centre Reports To: Call Centre Supervisor We are searching for Customer Service Representatives to work in our busy, 24/7 call centre in Etobicoke. Join theteam! We’re in the business of bringing people together, and we love it! CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:
· Min 1 year background working in a call centre sales and customer service environment
· Clear and concise telephone communication expertise in French & English, coupled with “active listening” skills
· Proven expertise to meet sales targets (up-selling and cross-selling)
· Excellent people skills with clients and colleagues
· High concentration and energy levels, with the expertise to multi-task
· Good data entry skills We have openings on the evening (4-12am) and overnight (12-8am) shifts. Please note – due to business needs, you will be required to work the weekends. We offer a competitive base wage at $15 per hour plus a monthly bonus, as well as ongoing incentives and prizes for top achievers. We also offer dynamic paid training that will ensure your success! Our office is easily accessible via the TTC.
