JOB DETAILS Position title: MULTI-LINGUAL Customer SERVICE Representative Department: Call Centre Reports To: Call Centre Supervisor We are searching for Customer Service Representatives to work in our busy, 24/7 call centre in Etobicoke. Join theteam! Were in the business of bringing people together, and we love it! CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: Min 1 yr background working in a call centre sales and customer service environment Clear and concise telephone communication abilities in French & English, coupled with active listening skills Proven expertise to meet sales targets (up-selling and cross-selling) Excellent people skills with clients and colleagues High concentration and energy levels, with the expertise to multi-task Good data entry skills We have openings on the evening (4-12am) and overnight (12-8am) shifts. Please note due to business needs, you will be required to work the weekends. We offer a competitive base wage at $15 per hour plus a monthly bonus, as well as ongoing incentives and prizes for top achievers. We also offer dynamic paid training that will ensure your success!
